Carolina

Hi, it’s me, Carolina! The founder at Tintiko Studio. I am an aesthetic obsessed, travel addicted, food lover and coffee connoisseur that finds satisfaction in beautifully curated design.

Having worked since the age of 18, I have 10 years of experience in the design industry, including 4 years of formal education which I obtained in my home city, London. Having lived in three countries, I have learnt how to transform my natural curiosity of culture and art, into an honest understanding of people’s needs.

This multicultural perspective has shaped the way I approach design, allowing me to create brands that resonate across diverse audiences. My experiences living in different countries have taught me to appreciate the subtle nuances that make every story unique. At Tintiko, this understanding drives me to craft thoughtful designs that not only meet client needs but also reflect their individuality. Whether it’s blending cultural influences, experimenting with textures, or refining the smallest details, I’m committed to creating work that feels personal, authentic, and iconic.

THE MEANING BEHIND

“Teen-TEE-Koh”

At Tintiko Studio, our name carries a unique significance. ‘tintiko’ draws its inspiration from ‘tintico,’ a Colombian term for a small, cherished cup of coffee. This name reflects our cultural roots and a shared ritual of coming together over coffee—a moment of connection and creativity. Just as a well-brewed cup of coffee is a blend of art and precision, our design philosophy infuses the timeless with the contemporary. We curate each project with care, ensuring it’s a rich and memorable experience, much like that perfect cup of ‘tintico.
